U.S. District Court Judge Brian J. Davis has set a Monday September 10, 2018 9 AM jury trial in United States of America v. Deltra Long, alleging FEMA fraud over former PZB Vice Chair Deltra Long's rental property falsely claimed to be her primary residence.
The federal court jury trial will take place in courtroom 12-C, 12th Floor, Bryan Simpson U.S. Courthouse, 300 North Hogan Street, Jacksonville, Florida.
There will probably be a number of local residents testifying in Ms. Long's behalf as to her good character.
