St. Johns County Circuit Judge Howard M. Maltz will preside at a nine-day bench trial in the Whetstone v. Whetstone fraud trial, comm3ncing at 1:30 pm on Monday, October 10, 2022 at St. Johns County Courthouse. The Whetstone family chocolate company fraud case will recess for the day the afternoon of Friday, October 14, 2022, and resume the following Monday.
