Inland Harbor asks "indefinite continuance" SA Marina Holdings, LLC has asked for an indefinite continuance of its application for a Sebastian Inland Harbor planned unit development (PUD) amendment before the city's Planning and Zoning Board.  This on top of the current coronavirus threat that's canceled all city board meetings and City Commission action recently directing that no further public hearings be scheduled for the project until an issue of underlying zoning for the neighboring Winery is resolved. City Attorney Isabelle Lopez told commissioners, "To resolve it when documents clash we ask certification from the attorneys and they declined to certify." |
