St. Augustine Beach Budget-busters on Parade

Thanks to Commissioner Maggie Kostka of St. Augustine Beach City Commission for pointing out the spending proclivities of BRUCE MAX ROYLE and his maladministration. Fiscal Year 2020 proposed salaries and benefits are higher than proposed tax revenues:
Proposed salaries and benefits: $4,574,770.81
Proposed tax revenue: $4,380,174.oo

Total proposed revenue: $7,408,485.00

And Commission is also being asked to fund a $20,000 salary comparison, presumably to reward maladroit MAX ROYLE more.
